SUPERIOR ROOM

• Room check-in time is 15.00, and check-out time is 12.00.  Unless a request is made for early check-in or late check-out, we recommend that you make a reservation for 1 (one) extra night’s stay.  If you do not request an extra night, your baggage may be left at reception until your room check-in time or after your hotel check-out time and you are free to use the hotel’s general facilities.

• Our hotel only accepts reservations for guests aged 12 years and above.
• All reservations made through our web site must be authorised by credit card.
• Prepayment may be required according to the check-in date and selected price package.  Please check the reservation rules & restrictions when making a reservation.
• During peak season the minimum accommodation period is 3 nights.
• Our prices include accommodation in the stipulated room type, breakfast, and VAT.
• We are animal lovers; however in the interest of our other guests and in our capacity as a blue flag hotel we are not able to accommodate pets.

• No charge will be made for cancellations or reservation changes made up to 10 (ten) day prior to your stay, however you will be charged 50% of the total price for late cancellations, late reservation changes or failure to arrive on the reservation date.
• In the event of early check-out the full accommodation price will be charged.
• No refunds will be given for special price packages or campaigns.
• Reservation cancellation procedure may vary according to the check-in date and price package.
