Our Executive Chef UlaÅŸ Aslan has built his kitchen on the foundations of naturalness, flavour, simplicity and respect, combining the traditional flavours of Aegean cuisine with the tastes of international cuisine.
UlaÅŸ Aslan began his career in 1990 and has worked his way up through every kitchen department, training with some of the best chefs to arrive where he is today.
Our chef understands the importance of training, following new techniques, and never losing his amateur spirit, striving for perfection in every dish he prepares. He has worked for to date include Vogue, Laila, Margaux, Kalva and Mikla.
